The Fellowship in Medical Cosmetology (FMC) is a 6-month programme combining live interactive online sessions with 9 days of on-campus hands-on hospital training. It covers 11 modules including lasers, chemical peels, PRP, injectables, and trichology.
Any medical or allied healthcare professional is eligible for FMC — MBBS, MD/MS, MDS/BDS, BAMS/BUMS/BHMS, or a nursing graduate. The program is designed for both doctors and allied physicians who want to specialize in medical cosmetology.
After completing FMC, doctors can set up their own aesthetic clinic or practice as a cosmetologist at an existing clinic. The certification is recognized for both entrepreneurship and clinical practice in India and abroad.
FMC includes 9 days of on-campus hands-on training at ILAMED, Delhi, where doctors practice lasers, peels, injectables, and PRP procedures on live patients under the supervision of international faculty.
The FMC Certificate of Completion is issued by ILAMED (Institute of Laser & Aesthetic Medicine), and comes with training from international faculty plus alumni networking status.
FMC is a 6-month programme with 9 days of hands-on training, while IFMC is a full 1-year international fellowship that includes advanced Botox, fillers, and trichology training along with lifetime ILAMED membership. IFMC is for deeper, longer-duration specialization.
